Before Katie Holmes was known as Suri's mom, she made a name for herself as tomboy Joey Potter on "Dawson's Creek" from 1998-2003 -- but she's not the only one from the show still making headlines these days.

After starring as Dawson Leery, James Van Der Beek appeared on episodes of "One Tree Hill" and "Mercy." He'll star on "Don't Trust the B**** in Apartment 23" on ABC this season. He became a famous internet meme and starred in a Ke$ha video. James and wife Kimberly Brook are currently expecting their second child.
After playing Joey Potter, Katie Holmes starred in "Batman Begins" ... but was replaced by Maggie Gyllenhaal in the sequel. She also married Tom Cruise in November 2006, six months after the birth of their daughter Suri. She most recently starred in "Jack & Jill" with Adam Sandler and is the face of H. Stern jewelry.
After playing Jen Lindley, Michelle Williams went on to garner Academy Award nominations for her work in "Brokeback Mountain" and "Blue Valentine." She also had a daughter, Matilda, with Heath Ledger. She most recently was nominated for a Golden Globe for "My Week with Marilyn."

She currently stars on "The Good Wife" as Chris Noth's character's mother and appeared on an episode of "Fringe" with Joshua Jackson.

After appearing as Cliff Elliot, Scott Foley went on to star on "Felicity," "Scrubs," "The Unit" and "Grey's Anatomy." He will also appear on next season of "True Blood." Foley was married to Jen Garner from 2000-2003 and married current wife Marika Dominczyk in 2007. They have one daughter.
