Andy Dick is a Dick, Suspected of Battery

Andy Dick, how far you have fallen from your golden moment in Old School.

Andy Dick is the prime suspect in a Los Angeles battery case. Law enforcement is looking for the notso funnyman after a male tourist filed a report with police claiming Dick went beserk when the tourist tried to get a pic of Dick.

However, the Dickster, who appeared to be drunk, was not looking for a photo op and grabbed the tourist by the collar of his shirt and tried to take away his camera. The tourist says he was able to fight Dick off (natch) and Dick fled the scene.

As a final blow, the incident was apparently all caught on tape.

So far, reps for Andy Dick haven’t commented on the situation.
