The provocative images irregardlessly killing the internet broadbandth these days were taken before Demi Lovato entered a rehab for personal issues.

The singer/actress was depicted very playful with her backing dancers. She acted like licking Alex Welch’s face and pulled down her black bra already very low cutted.

It seemed Lovato, who reached the legal age of 18 years old not too long before, couldn’t help but show off her assets to friends. But now what? The whole world is glaring at, how pathetic!

HOT KAREENA ENTERS INTO POLITICS

Katrina and Ranbir surprised one and all with their solid portrayal of youngsters who are forced to join politics owing to circumstances. Kareena Kapoor is all set to follow into Katrina's footsteps as she too has been approached by Farhan Akhtar's production house Excel Entertainment for a political drama.

Filmmaker Sudhir Mishra who gave Kareena Chameli has been roped in to direct the film. Will the critically acclaimed actress-director pair be able to revive the magic of Chameli?

Sudhir Mishra confirmed the news saying, "Yes, we have approached Kareena Kapoor for my forthcoming film to be produced by Farhan called Bhrub. The Devdas remake I was planning didn't work out as the script I wrote became something else. That script went on to become Bhrub.

Bhrub happens to be the name of the central character around which the film will revolve. It's about a man who's an heir to a political family. Kareena will play the female protagonist. She has an equally important role to play. As far the male lead is concerned, we have few names in mind but that will happen once Farhan gets free post the shooting of his Don 2. We will sit together and brainstorm."

Sudhir added, "Kareena broke free from commercial films in Chameli and that was when people realised the potential that was hidden inside her as an actor. I intend to do that again as she hasn't been exploited enough as an actor considering her immense talent."

Rumours of Abhay and Farhan being considered for the role opposite Kareena are doing the rounds. Watch this space for more.

MILA KUNIS - RAINY DAY BRUNCH DATE

Not letting the rainy west coast weather damper the day, Mila Kunis was all smiles as she stepped out to grab brunch with a male friend in Studio City.

Clad in wellies and a dark trenchcoat, the "Black Swan" actress and her dining companion shared a laugh as they walked side-by-side into Hugo's restaurant for the midday meal.

As for her cheerful mood, Miss Kunis has quite the good reason to be in high spirits - as she was recently nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the recently released drama "Black Swan".

The Darren Aronofsky directed flick, which also stars Natalie Portman, is a top contender for numerous honors - having garnered a Best Movie bid for the London Critics' Circle Awards earlier today.

GOVINDA TURNS 47 TODAY

Today BOLLYWOOD COMEDIAN actor, GOVINDA turns 47 who born on  21st December 1963 is a Filmfare award-winning Indian actor and politician. He has appeared in over 120 Hindi language films. At the start of his career, his acting and dancing skills gained him widespread attention among film viewers. He later gained worldwide fame as a Bollywood icon through comedy films such as Shola Aur Shabnam, Aankhen, Coolie No.1, Haseena Maan Jaayegi and Partner.

He was a member of the Indian National Congress Party. He was elected as the seventh Member of  Parliament for the Mumbai North Constituency of Maharashtra, India in the 14th Lok Sabha elections in 2004, after defeating Ram Naik of the Bharatiya Janata Party. In the 2009 General Elections, he opted out of politics to concentrate more on films. However he continues to have political favor from Congress Party. His constituency was succeeded by Sanjay Nirupam (also from Congress).

In June 1999, Govinda was voted as the tenth greatest star of stage or screen of the last thousand years by BBC News Online users.

EARLY LIFE:-

Govinda’s father, Arun Kumar Ahuja, was born in pre-partition Gujranwala, Punjab (now in Pakistan) on January 26, 1917. He studied in an engineering college at Lahore. Veteran producer Mehboob Khan brought him to Mumbai in 1937 and cast him in Ek Hi Raasta as the leading man. Arun was notable for acting in Mehboob Khan's Aurat (1940). Govinda's mother, Nazeem who was Muslim had converted to Hinduism and adopted the name Nirmala Devi.Arun and Nirmala first met during the making of the film Savera, in which they were cast opposite each other. They married in 1941.

The only film Ahuja ever produced was a flop. Unable to bear the loss, his health failed. The family, living in a bungalow on Mumbai's upmarket Carter Road, was forced to move to Virar — a far flung semi-rural  Mumbai suburb, where Govinda was born. The youngest of six children, his pet name Chi Chi means little finger in Punjabi, the language they speak at home. Since his father was unable to work, Nirmala Devi brought up the children through hard times in Mumbai.

ACTING CAREER:-

He studied at Annasahb Vartak College in Vasai, Maharashtra. He graduated in commerce, but failed to find a job. He was not considered for a steward's position at the Taj Mahal hotel, because his English wasn't good enough. His father suggested films. Around this time, Govinda saw the film Saturday Night Fever and dance became his obsession. He practiced for hours and circulated a promo of himself on a VHS cassette. Soon a fertilizer commercial came his way, followed by an Allwyn ad, finally his very first leading role in Tan Badan, which was to be directed by his uncle Anand. He started shooting for his next film Love 86 in June 1985. By mid-July, he had signed 40 others.

His first released film was Ilzaam (1986), a box office success and the fifth biggest hit of 1986. The film established him as a dancing star. He acted in a string of movies after that with mixed success. Most of the films he appeared in during the 1980s were in the action, romance or family drama genres. He was often paired opposite actress Neelam and together they appeared in several hit films such as, Love 86 (1986), Khudgarz (1987) and his brother Kirti Kumar's directed, Hatya (1988). He had success with family drama films such as Dariya Dil (1988), Jeete Hain Shaan Se (1988) and Hum (1991) as well as action films such as Marte Dam Tak (1987) and Jung Baaz (1989). He worked with David Dhawan for the first time in the 1989 action film Taaqatwar. He also worked with Rajini Kanth and Sridevi in a hit film that year titled, Ghair Khanooni.

Govinda appeared in several successful films in the 1990s. In 1992, he was seen in the critically acclaimed film, Zulm Ki Hukumat, an Indian remake of The Godfather where his performance was appreciated. He then formed a successful collaboration with David Dhawan and went onto act in 17 movies directed by him most of which were comedy films. The most successful films made by their collaboration include, Shola Aur Shabnam (1992), Aankhen (1993), Raja Babu (1994), Coolie No. 1 (1995), Saajan Chale Sasural (1996), Hero No. 1 (1997), Deewana Mastana (1997), Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (1998), Haseena Maan Jaayegi (1999), Anari No.1 (1999) and Jodi No. 1 (2001). Dhawan and other directors frequently cast him opposite actresses such as Divya Bharati, Karishma Kapoor, Juhi Chawla, Manisha Koirala, and Raveena Tandon during the 1990s.

His box office graph suffered a setback in the early 2000s following a series of commercially unsuccessful films. He played the role of a villain for the first time in his career in Shikari (2000). Although the movie was not a commercial success, Govinda's convincing portrayal of a sociopath murderer was critically acclaimed. He turned down roles in Taal, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha and Devdas which went on to become successful films. His acting career was further affected when he contested and won the seat for Member of Parliament from Mumbai North in the 2004 parliamentary elections. He did not have any new film releases in 2004 and 2005 although some of his delayed films such as Khullam Khulla Pyaar Karen (2005) and his own home production Ssukh (2005) were released but resulted in box office disasters.

Govinda made a comeback to films in late 2006 with the comedy film, Bhagam Bhag, alongside Akshay Kumar which became a hit. His first release of 2007 was the huge multi-starrer Salaam-e-Ishq: A Tribute To Love. Although a box office disappointment, Govinda was praised for his performance.

His second release of 2007 was the David Dhawan directed comedy, Partner, which co-starred Salman Khan. The film grossed Rs. 300 Million in India on its opening week, the second highest domestic opening week gross for an Indian film until then.In 2008, he appeared in the film, Money Hai Toh Honey Hai. The same year, Salman Khan invited David Dhawan and Govinda on his show Dus Ka Dum to celebrate the success of their film Partner. In 2009, he had a successful release titled Life Partner. Govinda got back to the successful trio of David Dhawan, Vashu Bhagnani and himself with the film, Do Knot Disturb, which flopped at the box office.

In 2010, Govinda was seen in Mani Ratnam's bilingual project, Raavan, along with Vikram, Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai. Govinda played a forest officer who takes Vikram's character through the forests in search of a wanted criminal. While it was earlier speculated that his character was a contemporary version of Hanuman, Govinda refuted the claim.Despite having a small role in the film, Govinda was appreciated for his performance.

PERSONAL LIFE:-

Govinda's father Arun Ahuja was an actor in the 1940s and his mother Nirmala Ahuja was also an actress as well as a singer. His brother, Kirti Kumar is an actor, producer and director. His sister, Kaamini Khanna is a writer, music director, singer, anchor and founder of 'Beauty with Astrology'. Govinda has six nephews and two nieces in the entertainment industry: actors Vinay Anand, Krushna Abhishek, Aryan, Arjun Singh, Ragini Khanna, Amit Khanna, Aarti Singh and director Janmendra Kumar Ahuja. Govinda's brother-in-law, Devendra Sharma has also acted in a few Hindi films.

Govinda's maternal uncle Anand Singh, who was assistant to director Hrishikesh Mukherjee, launched him in his film, Tan Badan. Anand Singh's wife's younger sister Sunita fell in love with Govinda during the 'Mahurat' of Tan Badan. They got married on 11 March 1987. Their marriage was a closely guarded secret for the initial four years.

The couple now have two children, Narmada and Yashvardhan. Govinda narrowly escaped death on 5 January 1994 while traveling to a studio for the shooting of Khuddar (1994), the actor's car collided with another car, resulting in him sustaining injuries to his head. JULIANNE HOUGH'S NEW VIDEO - TOO HOT FOR TV?

She’s known for her good girl ways, but Julianne Hough is showing a different side in her new video, “Is That So Wrong.”

In the musical production, the former “Dancing With the Stars” cutie can be seen rolling around on a bed while stripping down to her bra and panties as she dances around her bedroom.

Last week, Julianne performed in Boston, MA and explained to the crowd, “Funny story. I shot a music video for it….and CMT kind of banned it. Apparently I was taking off too many clothes as I was dancing around my bedroom. But I don’t know – I kind of liked it.”

However, CMT apparently pulled the mischievous video because of pending negotiations - not the content - and the network said that once the contract issues are resolved, the video will be put back on the country TV station.

SONAKSHI SINHA IN "RACE2"

Bollywood celebrity Sonakshi Sinha will now be seen in "Race 2", which has a very westernized image, but the actress has made clear that she is not going to do steamy love-making scenes.

Sonakshi is however totally influenced by Salman Khan, who is her mentor and the person who launched her, without his consent the actress won’t take a single step. It seems that Sallu bhai has advised her to maintain her graceful and shyimage and even the filmmaker’s oblige to it.

The producer of "Race 2", Ramesh Taurani and directors Abbas- Mastan are very happy to have a fresh face on board.

According to sources, “It goes without saying that Ms Sinha will not perform any lovemaking or  kissing scenes in the film. Adjustments have been made to suit Sonakshi, who was being considered for the film for quite some time. Knowing her Indianimage and shy nature, this was more or less expected. The producer of the film, Ramesh Taurani, and the director, Abbas-Mustan, are very happy to have her on board.”

SHARMILA TAGORE TURNS 64 TODAY

Today Sharmila Tagore (Begum Ayesha Sultana) turns 64 who born on 8th December, 1946 is an Indian film actress. She has won several National Film Awards and Filmfare Awards for her performances.

She has led the Indian Film Censor Board. In December 2005 she was chosen as an UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador.

EARLY LIFE:-

Sharmila Tagore was born in a Hindu Bengali family in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India to Gitindranath Tagore who was then Dy. General Manager of the British India Company owner of Elgin Mills. She attended St. John's Diocesan Girls' Higher Secondary School and Loreto Convent Asansol.

CAREER:-

Tagore began her career as an actress in the 1959 Satyajit Ray film Apur Sansar (The World of Apu), as the ill-fated bride of the title character. As noted on the official website for Ray, "She was just a fourteen-year-old then, with no previous acting experience. As the shooting began, Ray had to shout instructions to Sharmila during the takes. None of this, however, is reflected on the screen. Ray cast her in his next film Devi too." She appeared in a number of Ray films, often co-starring with Soumitra Chatterjee.

She established herself as a popular Hindi film actress with Shakti Samanta's Kashmir Ki Kali in 1964. Samanta again cast her in many more hit films, notably An Evening in Paris (1967), the first appearance on a two-piece bikini of an Indian actress,(Sadhana had appeared in one-piece bikini in earlier films) which not only shocked conservative Indian audiences but also set off a wave of bikini-clad actresses carried forward by Parveen Babi (in Yeh Nazdeekiyan, 1982), Zeenat Aman (in Heera Panna 1973; Qurbani, 1980) and Dimple Kapadia (in Bobby, 1973), but established Tagore's role as somewhat of a sex symbol in Bollywood. Wearing a bikini put her name in the Indian press as one of Bollywood's ten hottest actresses of all time, and was a transgression of female identity through a reversal of the state of modesty, which functions as a signifier of femininity in Bombay films. But, when Tagore was the chairperson of the Central Board of Film Certification, she expressed concerns about the rise of the bikini in Indian films.

Samanta later teamed up Tagore with Rajesh Khanna for movies such as Aradhana (1969) and Amar Prem (1972), where played the role of Pushpa, the courtesan in city of Kolkata, again opposite Rajesh Khanna, who himself gave his often quoted dialogue in the film, "Pushpa I hate tears..". Other directors paired them together in Daag (1973), Maalik (1972) and Safar (1970). She starred in Gulzar's 1975 film, Mausam, and she played a supporting role as heroine Sarita Choudhury's mother in Mira Nair's 1991 film Mississippi Masala.

Her latest release is a Marathi film Samaantar by Amol Palekar. Her earlier releases were Vidhu Vinod Chopra's film, Eklavya: The Royal Guard, brings together real life mother and son, Sharmila Tagore and Saif Ali Khan. They share screen space for the first time since Aashiq Awara (1993).

PERSONAL LIFE:-

Tagore converted to Islam and married Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, Nawab of Pataudi in a Nikah ceremony held on 27 December 1969. She took on the name Ayesha Sultan after her marriage. They have three children: Saif Ali Khan (b. 1970), Saba Ali Khan and Soha Ali Khan (b. 1978).

AWARDS:-

1969 - Filmfare Best Actress Award - Aradhana
1970 - nominated, Filmfare Best Actress Award-Safar
1976 - National Film Award for Best Actress - Mausam
1997 - Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award
2002 - Star Screen Lifetime Achievement Award

MEL GIBSON COMEBACK FILM "THE BEAVER"

There have been new reports of different photos that can be viewed via the Internet of  "The Beaver" now. Summit Entertainment has provided them with this new photo of Jodie Foster and Mel Gibson in the Beaver.

The release date for this film has been set yet, although they are shooting for July of 2011. It is being released by Summit Entertainment of course and Starring Mel Gibson and an outstanding cast of members. This is a comedy and drama type film and one that will keep you on the edge of your seat in suspense wondering what is going to happen next. The rating for this film is not available yet.

If you love a good comedy combined with a drama then this is a must see for those interested. There are already people anticipating it coming out because they have seen previews of the film. It will probably be a movie for the entire family, however only time will tell for the rating to be announced.

The Beaver, directed by Jodie Foster, stars Gibson as a man who suffers a midlife crisis so extreme and bizarre that he starts communicating exclusively via a beaver puppet on his hand. The movie seemed to have been made as a kind of comeback vehicle for Gibson, who hasn’t starred in a hit in the last decade and was just starting to move beyond, uh, that other awkward moment when he harassed someone and revealed himself as a racist. The Beaver is very likely to be a good movie– Jodie Foster is certainly a talented director.

PRIYANKA CHOPRA KICKED 3 CRORES

Although she is being paid more than them, but Priyanka Chopra refused to join the bandwagon of Bipasha Basu, Mallika Sherawat & Co.

The actress has kicked a Rs 3 crore offer to shimmy at a 5-star hotel for this New Year’s Eve. This amount being offered to her is actually double of what she would demand for a role in a film (Rs 1.5 crore, at last count).

The time it would take to earn this amount is as little as 3 hours of actual work. The schedule of a film is much longer, going into months. So why has Chops turned down such a profitable offer?

The answer is her diva image that she has been painstakingly building up over the last few years. A source close to Priyanka told, “A 5-star hotel in Andheri came up with an offer to Priyanka asking her spin аt thе stirring Nеw Year’s Eve. Priyanka turned them down politely.” Explaining why Priyanka declined, the source added, Priyanka is very uncomfortable dancing in hotels in front of a live audience.

VANESSA HUDGENS - "THE X FACTOR" HOST?

Getting ready for an outbound flight, Vanessa Hudgens was seen arriving at LAX Airport in Los Angeles, California.

Looking to be battling chapped lips, the "Sucker Punch" actress strolled into the terminal keeping warm with a winter scarf before disappearing past the security checkpoint.

The jet-setting adventure comes amidst reports claiming that Miss Hudgens and boyfriend Zac Efron are being courted to be hosts of the US version of "The X Factor".

Apparently, Simon Cowell has decided having Dermot O'Leary on the show would make for too many Brits - which has switched his focus to Zanessa.

According to source, "There could only be Simon and an absolute maximum of one other Brit on the show. He wants that Brit to be Cheryl [Cole]. Dermot will be completely distraught. He spent months in America lobbying to get this job. He held out a lot of hope. But he can't compete with Zac and Vanessa. They are two of the biggest stars in the States and will make American X Factor the biggest show in the world."

And while this is Cowell's desire, it's still up in the air, as the insider added, "They are more popular than Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie with under-30s in America. They're in huge demand and would have to turn down a lot of work in order to do this."

VIDYA BALAN IN "KAHANI"

Director Sujoy Ghosh, who has roped in Vidya Balan for his forthcoming film "Kahani", believes the actress can indentify good scripts. "What I like about Vidya is that she is dead fussy, but in a good way. She has an uncanny sense about scripts," Ghosh said in a statement. Ghosh is justified in his belief - with roles like a struggling mother of a progeria patient in Paa to a brutally seductive rural woman in Ishqiya, she has always treaded different path.

Not only that, her next release "No One Killed Jessica", based on the real life incident of model Jessica Lal's murder, will see her playing Sabrina Lal, who fought tooth and nail to get justice for her sister. Set in Kolkata, Ghosh's Kahani is a woman-oriented thriller.

"Much like Hrithik Roshan, Vidya is quite a risk taker. She loves getting out of her comfort zone and pushing herself with every single film. She loves experimenting and she is the kind of actress who can pulls off every role. She is on a high as her films are critically acclaimed and commercially successful as well," said an industry source.

MILEY CYRUS NUDE PHOTOS - IT'S A FRAUD

Hitting headlines for an alleged nude photo scandal, a Canadian website posted a photo said to be Miley Cyrus in the buff taken with her IPhone camera.

According to ZackTaylor.ca, the "Hannah Montana" hottie snapped and sent the racy pic to her on-off boyfriend Liam Hemsworth - with the story adding that her phone was stolen which resulted in the leaking of the shots.

Seemingly backing up the claims, Oh No They Didn't later posted a series of photos of Miss Cyrus posing provocatively yet clothed - which seemed to back up the nude pic release.

Low and behold, GossipCop attentively pointed out that the naked snap couldn't be Miley - as the girl in the shot didn't have a "Just Breathe” tattoo under her left breast as Miley does.

Their source added that "no nude photos of the young star have been taken or leaked” while Miss Cyrus' lawyers are already drumming up legal action.

AISHWARYA RAI "PREGNANT" RUMORS HIT IN DUBAI

Rumours related to Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have again started making the rounds. The rumours, this time, are related to her pregnancy not in India but in Dubai.

But rumours have become such a routine affair for Aishwarya that she does not even clarify them. We presume that she chooses to laugh it off.

Ash had some interviews scheduled in Dubai, but they were cancelled at the last moment leading to speculation among the small community of Indian journalists in the Middle East.

" Unless it is a case of dodgy Indian curries that is slowly but surely emanating, the rumour mills are grinding to grist the possibility of a classic Ash diva tantrum because she is pregnant," quoted the local newspaper in Dubai.

Sources had informed the newspaper that Ash was not well and hence had cancelled the said interviews. This is not the first time that the buzz about her pregnancy hasreached us.

Had we believed in all these gossips Ash and Abhishek should have had a few babies by now. We guess we should leave the couple alone and give them the benefit of doubt and the honour to make the announcement themselves.

After all, their marriage was the biggest ever in Bollywood and when the Bachchans will confirm any such news it would surely be the biggest one, too.

I mean, I had never gotten that much training – to be doing five-to-eight hours a day of [it] was really a challenge.”
