Kareena kapoor in remake of Telugu Movie Arundhati

Kareena kapoor is currently shooting for Madhur Bhandarkar’s film Heroine, where she has a super challenging role to essay and now the latest we hear is that Bebo has bagged another challenging role of queen Arundhati in the Hindi remake of 2009 Telugu blockbuster Arundhati.

Arundhati is a women-centric film with breath taking graphics and technology. The film is set in the ancient times. It was the biggest blockbuster, in the Telugu film industry.

Sonu Sood will play the villain in the Hindi version. He was a devil in the Telugu version as well. The Hindi remake rights of the film has been acquired by Gemini Film Circuit.

Speaking about the role, Kareena Kapoor says, “I am excited to do this that had importance for the female character. The film is an action thriller. It starred Anushka Shetty in its original.

Kareena Kapoor’s films may be a flop but her pay cheques continue to pour into her kitty. The actress has bagged an endorsement deal of Rs 5 crore.

It’s for a beverage brand. Now Bebo endorses 16 brands in total. A source tells a tabloid, “Kareena now has 16 brands in her kitty including the latest one, easily making her the most sought-after face in the ad space amongst the actresses.”

 It is heard that the actress has already started shooting for the ad.

Jism 2 addition to Sunny Leone’s growing popularity in India

Sunny Leone catapult to popularity by joining the Bhatt camp for her debut in Bollywood with ‘Jism 2’ than the Phillipines-based actor-filmmaker Stegath Dorr decided to cash in her popularity in India by releasing his adult film starring Sunny and Black Shama here.

The film is based on an old-fashioned ghost story about abrasive pro-am bird photographers arousing the vengeful spirit of a medieval Malay witch doctor on sacred land.  

Sunny plays a Canadian-Sikh professional female photographer Jenny Singh in this film and it has been shot in Cebu, Philippines. However, the reaction of the Indian censor board to some brutal molestation-murder sequences is yet to be seen.

 Sunny’s growing popularity in India has also helped the revival of Dorr’s first film with Sunny — Pirates’ Blood which was shot at South star Mohanlal’s studio in Kerala in 2008. Dorr says, “A couple of weeks ago, I was contacted by Gulab Premkumar and was requested to return to India to shoot additional scenes for the film in order to re-release it.”

Anushka Sharma will be joining Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in Yash Chopra’s next untitled film. Well, this will be Anushka’s second film with SRK. The actress is all kicked up about it and can’t wait for the shoot to begin.

‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ was Anushka Sharma’s first flick with SRK. “I didn’t think I will get a chance to work with Shah Rukh again after my first film, but I did. So, I am the lucky one. I look forward to it. Mr. Yash Chopra is an institution in himself literally. I guess I would get to learn a lot from that film,” Anushka unveiled India Today’s women health magazine on Thursday.

“I have not started the shooting yet. I will be joining the crew from May onwards right after my birthday, which is on May 1. So I will start shooting from May 2. I am very excited. I think it is any actor’s dream to work with Yash Chopra,” she added.

Priyanka Chopra in Zanjeer remake?

If all goes well, Priyanka Chopra will be the leading lady in the modern remake of the 1973 movie Zanjeer.
The original film is directed and produced by Prakash Mehra. Amitabh Bachchan played the lead actor, as a a no-nonsense cop who takes on an underworld don. Jaya Bachchan was the leading lady of the original and she was the cop’s love interest and played a street performer.

The new version will have Prakash Mehra’s son Amit, collaborating with with Reliance Entertainment for the remake. The film’s cast and crew are yet to be finalised, though PC has already been approached to enter Jaya Bachchan’s shoes.

The remake will have Priyanka Chopra play a feisty NRI cafe owner.
Amitabh Bachchan’s role will be take over by South star Ram Charan Teja. Buzz also has it that Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan will be a part of the film, essaying pivotal roles.
The film’s shoot will begin in April. Apoorva Lakhia will direct the remake of Zanjeer.

Katrina Kaif to don action avatar in Dhoom 3!

After Ek Tha Tiger, actress Katrina Kaif is all set to prepare for Dhoom 3. It’s going to be full on action, once again. Reports state that kats will essay the role of a gymnast in the film. It is also heard that Katrina’s action scens will be at par with Aamir Khan, who is her co-star in the film.

Now that she is opposite Aamir Khan, Kats wants to get everything right. She has hired an international fitness instructor to help her train for Dhoom 3.
Katrina is presently in London, shooting with SRK. It is heard that her trainer is also present with her and the actress trains for two hours every day. The training will go on for four months post which Dhoom 3 will start to get filmed.
Kat’s personal trainer Yasmin Karachiwala tells a daily, “Kat needs to get flexible and lean, so when she returns from London, we will change her workout routine…She doesn’t need to look thin, but lean.”

Salman Khan, Katrina Is A Trainer In Dhoom 3

Katrina Kaif is certainly a multi-tasking device. She is currently shooting for Yashraj's Ek Tha Tiger. But that's not it. The actress is simultaneously working on her look for Dhoom 3 as well. And you know who this time guiding her? It is none other than our own Sallu Bhai.

Katrina Kaif is the spicy factor in Dhoom 3, and so, the actress has to work very hard to meet expectations. Kats also rumors that bikini in the film, however, not yet confirmed. But surely Kats show her hot body in the film.

"It may be wearing a bikini, but she needs to find her best tonic, when the series is an ultra high-glam looks of actors as well," said the source, a tabloid.

So when Salman's role fit into the picture? Well, as the duo was taken as a whole, were in constant contact with others. If the rumors are credible, Kats was advised by Salman swimming and cycling on a regular basis in order to ger a tan and fit BOD Fab.

Dhoom 3 will go to the land in December 2011. We hope that the film should be released at Christmas 2012. Aamir Khan plays the villain in the film.

Sanjay Dutt Gift Rolls Roye to Manyatta

Proud father Sanjay Dutt on November 29 gifted a new Rolls Royce to wife Manyata who recently gave birth to twins.

The couple drove into the showroom in their black Audi plate number MH02BF4545 and drove off in a silver Rolls Royce plate number MH.02.CB.4545.

Manyata was greeted with a bouquet of flowers on her arrival at the showroom. The key and the car papers were handed over to Dutt by the showroom manager.

The Rs2.5 cr car cost Dutt Rs3.8 cr after the custom changes that he ordered, such as the color and interiors.

Manyata had gifted Sanjay a Bentley on his 51st birthday on July 29.

The couple was blessed with twins – son Shahraan and daughter Iqra on October 21, 2010.
