American Idol: Justin Bieber Look-Alike and J.Lo's Favorite ... So Far! » Celeb Music

There was some talent in Pittsburgh on last night's episode of "American Idol" -- where Jennifer Lopez already found one singer she thinks "could win."

J.Lo's praise went to 24-year-old Hallie Day, who revealed in her audition interview that she once was so depressed she swallowed a "bottle of pills" and landed in the E.R.

She has since cleaned up her act with the help of her husband, Ryan -- who persuaded her to audition for the show.

Emotional story aside, Day had some serious talent too, impressing the judges with an amazing version of "I Will Survive."

After the auditions were done for the day, Lopez told Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler "She could win."

The show started with Korean immigrant Heejun Han, who, after shaking off some early jitters, sang a tender yet powerful version of Michael Bolton's "How Am I Supposed to Live Without You."

Also standing out last night was 15-year-old Eben Franckewitz ... who looked like a younger Justin Bieber.

Lopez said he was "cute" before he even sang and added more praise after, telling him "some people just born with it ... I think you're one of those people." He's going to Hollywood!

Then there was Reed Grimm, who we showed you a sneak peek of the other day, who sang the "Family Matters" theme song. The judges loved it just as much as we did.

Ultimate Adele Mash-Up: 71 People Sing 'Rolling in the Deep'

It is said that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery -- and if that is indeed the case, then Adele is one beloved lady.

The 23-year-old’s Grammy-nominated single “Rolling in the Deep” has popped up everywhere over the last year – episodes of “Glee, ” “Gossip Girl” and “American Idol” (to name a few), the film “I Am Number Four,” numerous commercials and trailers, and has even been reportedly covered more than 350,000 times on YouTube!

Now we have what may be the best mash-up of the song to date -- a man named Luc Bergeron compiled 71 different performances in a video which he titled "World Covers - Rolling in the Deep." All ages, races and genders are seen belting out the hit tune, which we can only imagine would make the shy British songstress blush.

f you recognize No. 49, it's because we featured her on toofab a few weeks ago. Check out Korean sensation Park Jinmin's amazing cover below!

Gleecap: Yes/No

Gleecap: Yes/No
Gleecap: Yes/No

“Glee” is back after a torturous winter hiatus (ed note: I call it hell-atus season!) and this writer here could not be more excited. Regardless of the fact that the episode I’m really looking forward to isn’t airing for another two weeks (president, schmesident — I kid, I kid), last night’s episode was better than my expectations for it, which, to be honest, were pretty low.

In “Yes/No,” Mr. Schuester enlists the New Directions to help him propose to Ms. Pillsbury. He also asks Finn to help him pick a ring, tells him he wants him to be his best man and mentions him going to his bachelor party. In other words, Mr. Schuester is being a douche bag again.

That was the part that no one cared about, especially when Mr. Schuester ruined a perfectly good performance of Rihanna’s “We Found Love” by walking on water in white tailcoats.

Now for the relevant parts of the episode:
  1. New Directions (with an adorable cameo from Sugar) doing a pretty freaking good cover of Summer Nights (including some of the same choreography from the movie and even the cheesy fade out of Sandy/Mercedes’ face at the end) that had the “Grease” fan in me rejoicing.
  2. Helen Mirren as Cheerio Becky’s inner voice. My life will never be the same after hearing Helen Mirren say “booyah.”
  3. Finn was actually a tolerable human being when his mom told him his dad didn’t die valiantly in the war but actually overdosed (props to Cory Monteith’s acting in that scene).
  4. Sam trying to win Mercedes back — when will she realize she belongs with our endearing stripper and not that controlling asshole called Shane?
All I really care about though? The Michael Jackson tribute episode, airing on January 31st (and Chris Colfer’s ass in a leather onesie, of course).

There’s lots of new shows premiering in the coming months, but Smash is going to be one that you don’t want to miss!

In MegaUpload’s final hours, I managed to watch the new NBC musical drama Smash (before realizing the pilot is up on iTunes for free) and the show could rival Glee in my top TV shows list. (Check out the article on the CelebGossip.com homepage about what happened to MegaUpload.)

Smash revolves around the production of a musical about Marilyn Monroe’s life and it follows the different characters involved with the creation and development of the musical, including the difficult task of picking an actress to play the lead role.

The all-star cast includes Debra Messing, Christian Borle, Jack Davenport, and Anjelica Huston, with Katharine McPhee and Megan Hilty as the rival actresses fighting for the part of Marilyn.

Smash will air Monday, February 6 on NBC at 10/9c.

Eric Dane Gets Wet & Shirtless In New Music Video

Eric Dane is still McSteamy!

The "Grey's Anatomy" hunk goes shirtless in a brand new music video for Ariana Savalas, the 25-year-old daughter of late "Kojak" star Telly Savalas.

In the video, Dane appears to be the boyfriend of Salavas ... who may harbor some homicidal tendencies.

The BIG plus here: Eric spends more than half the video without his shirt on!

Dane is the latest TV star to appear in a random music video. Just last month, Ian Somerhalder made a surprise appearance in Russian pop star Dima Bilan's video for "Blind Love."
